Mark built our custom home in 2018. After 6 years we could not be happier. The process was seamless and Mark made sure to keep me informed every step of the way. There were no surprises. WinMark did a full house remodel for us a few years back. This included moving load bearing walls , relocating bathrooms, relocating stairways and extensive design work. Mark and his crews were easy to work with and very responsive. We were able to live in our basement while the project was under construction and had no issues that were of any concern. Upon completion of phase one, they began phase two and finished on time and were also on budget. Marks experience and his positive nature make working with him very enjoyable. We recently hired Mark Church of Winmark Homes for a major remodel, and we could not be happier with the experience or the results. Mark is the utmost professional and was great to work with through every step of adding a 2nd bathroom to our home. All of his team of subcontractors were top quality and communication was smooth. He would check in and explain any adjustments including why they were necessary. Our project was completed ahead of expected schedule. We would enthusiastically choose to work with him again.
